DELIVAN X plans mounting points and electrical and communication interfaces into the base vehicle design to accommodate different equipment and functional modules. This reduces duplicated development work and improves conversion efficiency, with clearly defined technical requirements and safety limits.
Designated mounting points in the floor, body sides, bulkhead, roof and chassis frame accommodate seats, shelving, tool storage, equipment cabinets, interior lining panels and other conversion equipment. They support a range of conversion requirements across manufacturers and interior layouts.
Planned low-voltage, high-voltage and AC power outputs cater for the varied electrical requirements of conversion equipment, including lighting, temperature control systems, mobile work equipment and other specialist bodywork systems.
Planned CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet and related communication interfaces enable conversion equipment to connect to vehicle signals and control systems. They provide the technical foundation for temperature monitoring, equipment control, status reporting and application-specific functions.
Conversion guidelines cover the body, chassis, electrical systems, vehicle mass and axle load calculations, damage prevention, and servicing and maintenance. They define technical limits, safety requirements and responsibilities to guide conversion design and implementation.
